Safer Food Education collects student information required for the purposes of: (a) creating and maintaining classlists and/or waitlists for Foodsafe courses, (b) sending notifications and reminders to attendees. and (c) providing information legally required
by the Vancouver Island Heath Authority for the issuance of Foodsafe Certificates.
